Cardinal vines have gorgeous kind of evergreen whispery foliage. Flowers are red. I am in 6b and it is an annual here so you need to collect the seeds. I have not had any ever come back in the spring so chances of reseeding are low. The left picture is a picture off the internet and the one on the right is from my yard in 2015. The one I took last year must have been prior to flowering. Anyway what you are seeing is about 3 or 4 little plants. The auction is for 10 seeds.I only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
