omg I knew someone would say this.. it is free shipping!! there is not anything a person has to do for free shipping. I said that only of the winner wanted to they could pay for shipping for additional purses. they winners choice is free shipping and I do not exclude certain regions. read the listing enforce trying to critique the listing. c'mon!!
