So Can this glitter be added to your eyelids without causing damage to your eyes?

Yes, it is cosmetic grade. I myself like to use it as eye liner. I dip my brush in the decoupage, blot, then dip it in the glitter and line my eyes. They really pop. I've been doing this for years. I assure you, it is safe. Thanks hon. (-;
