No it is not. This ruby is from an antique ring my grandfather gave me and the ring was purchases well before lead fracture filling was a discovered. However this ruby was heat treated to bring out its color

Ok well that doesnt diminish value like lead glass filling it just means its not a top graded ruby its midgrade or so thnks for the honesty
