Yes they are :) but I honestly wouldn't recommend them if you usually wear tall sizes. I WISH I did too - these are one of the few pants that I didn't have to hem LOL

I'm 5'0" & they were just a bit on the long side but since they have elastic they didn't hang over my shoes! These are not like the vs yoga pants that come in short, regular or long. Hope that helps :)
