The listing, Playstation 3 PS3 EA Sports Active 2 Personal Trainer has ended.

Complete game for PS3 with manual, USB wireless dongle and three wireless Heart Monitors, two for arms, one for leg (not needed but the game tracks your heart beat) Require 2 double A batteries each.

The game original also came with some exercise bands but they were cheap and broke over time. You can use any exercise bands as a replacement though.
