Operating system is still windows xp? Microsoft stated a few years ago that they would be doing away with all tech support and updates for XP.

well as far as i know it works sometime little slow so i was going to try the reset see how it goes

It looks like the USB ports are full of dust and it's running Windows XP, so I'm assuming it has little ram, a small hard drive and is not even a dual core processor. AKA a slow machine. Please post more details so we know. Thanks
