Very Heavy enough to be used on a rollicking ship, this nautical looking ashtray has a deep well and a central mounted ship's steering wheel and a compass at the top. The wheel spins around, the compass works. 25000 Credits & $14.88 Ship Fees Solid Brass Casting. & on top of the ashtray lifts off for cleaning or to allow a conversion into a dish for the non-smoker. I assume it dates from the 1940s-60s. It stands 5 3/4" high and is 5 1/4" diameter. Weight is 1 lb 14 oz. It has obviously been used and could be cleaned and polished to look like new if one so desired.But i was told to leave it as is ! Fyi to All Looking & i do hope u can see from my photos This is All Solid Brass & On The Wheel there is one brass rod missing on the wheel ? That's the only damage on this Wheel Spins & Compass Works & Really Heavy Solid Brass Item all the way !
