The listing, Verizon samson juke has ended.

Sorry I am new to this but this is a newer cell phone its the Juke you can look at it online has everything with it except the house charger it has the computer charger. its blue green and has some scratches on it but works great just got a new one and dont want this one any more. If bids go over 200 I will pay shipping. HAPPY BIDDING!!!! Shipping will be depending on where I am shipping it to can be paid in either counseled cash or paypal thanks!

I was just reading through all the posts and I can see to things that may have upset him or confused some. At one point you state that this item is listed on craigs list, which means if you sell it there then people here at bidding for nothing and the winner gets nothing. Also you state shipping will be free if bidding goes over 200 and then you told someone else in comments free shipping if bidding goes over 400. I would simply comment your exact terms in full in comments so everyone is clear from here on out. I'm hoping to bid on this before it ends lol im 4 credits shy of free shipping, go figure

a few light ones i only used the phone for about a week before i got a new one but yeah it works and scratches are from being in the car for about 3 months.

well that sucks my husband is normaly the one who looses things so i get on him but i always buy him what ever he lost again like about 3 months ago he lost his ipod touch so i had to go get him a new one because he left it on the hood of the car and drove off!!!!

I've already bid on it and I am not going to pay you $50. If you look above or to the side as of the time I wrote this I was the top bidder. I know exactly the problems you are talking about with postal service in AZ. I loose half of what I should get. I thought this was a free site so why not let someone else have it. You have it listed that it can be picked up right under shipping. If you do not want someone to pick it up list 'buyers pays shipping' . Hopefully by the time you read this someone else is the top bidder and maybe they are wiling as you say 'pay you $50.'

if you live in arizona then yes you can come pick it up that is fine with me but if you are out of arizona it will have to be shiped to you so please dont get mad I am olny making winner pay shipping and i think i may have said 50 to the wrong person because this is only like 1 pound so check it yourself to see how much shipping will be my zip is 86322

The postal service is not all bad.....You can use delivery confirmation to know an item got delivered or if it is an item of significant value then use insurance. Considering how exorbitant UPS is that is a bargain. If your mail is not getthing through then you need to contact your local postmaster or go to http://www.usps.com You can file a complaint with the Postal Inspectors for missing or stolen mail.

I have done all of that and I am still missing 2 laptops 6 other pacages and about $2000 worth of stuff and it all says that it has been delivered and I have gone to the site and I have talked to the post master who was no help and said there was no problem and the post office I will never use again because of that, even if you get insurance they still take up to but not limited to 9 months to get your money back for what you have bought. If you have had the same problems that I have with the post office you wouldnt do it again either.

Just a curiosity..... maybe they did deliver and a neighbor stole it?......Maybe you could put up a hidden camera to videotape your front door, porch area.......Just an idea..... I have personally delivered thousands upon thousands of letters and packages to the recipients without any of these issues. Worked for the Postal Service for 14+ years. I understand that not everyone is as honest these days but I always treated everyone the way I wanted to be treated. It didn't matter if it was worth 1 penny or hundreds of thousands $$$, I delivered it all to the addresses that it belonged to. A different way to get it corrected is to contact your local news station, newpapers and congressman. You deserve to get ALL of your mail no matter what it is worth!

well see i dont get things delivered to my home i have a po box and when you get involved with the post office where i live and you talk to the post master they stop giving your mail all together. I am not the only one that they have done this to they have done it to everyone that I have talked to so I understand that you may have been a good guy but you dont work at the one that I live at. I wish that they where better and how small a town that I live in we dont have a news station and the news paper wont do anything about it well because we are in such a small town and they will stop getting their mail too, the post office that I have has been though 14 post masters in the last 3 years because this keeps happening. so i only deal with UPS thank you for your ideas but no use!

I can appreciate your problem and am glad I don't live there. However, I can tell you from personal experience that they are quick to settle things once you get a congressman involved. They don't like other gov't agencies digging in their "dirt". I needed a job transfer from one city to another in the same state. For 6 months I got refusals until I called our congressman. I never talked with him. I spoke with his aide. Amazingly it was sorted out that same day. Two days later I was home with my husband in the city I needed to transfer to........Now that was the quickest I have ever seen the gov't act........lol.
