The listing, pretty polka dot dress--homemade has ended.

I got really really bored and put this together.
Keep in mind I am not a pro at the whole sewing thing :)
It it black with polka dots and has a black handkerchief design that goes down at the top as seen in the picture
The stitching is on the side of the dress, I tried my best but it is noticeable.
It measures 29 1/1in down and 18 1/2in across
The material is stretchy
The flower on the side is clipped on and can be taken off and used as a hair clip :)
comes from a smoker friendly home
