the pagan symbol is around a 1/2" the marking on the inside of the ring is sterling e.s.p.o. and is a size 5
The ring is very shiny and dainty, I have had it for around 2yrs and it still looks the same I really like it but I am happy to share...

I have done some research on it trying to find what the marking means I know it is old, it had belong to my mother and I will be putting a lot of her vintage jewelry on I have found what the pagan symbol means and to the best of my knowledge what the sterling espo means

ESPO is the signature of the Esposito Jewelry Company. Signature was first used in the 1950's

Ankh
The short and traditional meaning for the ankh symbol is "everlasting life".
