ya it turns on and it works great. it really didnt get used that much. i bought this phone thinking i could use it on the plan i was on and they said that it had to b from there provider i have. it couldnt b from a different company.

yes it has wifi. but as far as a link idk how to do that but all u have to do i think is just go to verizons web site. u can get on the wifi even when its not activated,
