The screen is cracked but you can replace it cheaply by buying the glas replacement cover for a few dollars. phone works well but it can lag if you leave it charged for too long, then you should restart it. buy an extra battery so the battery doesn't drain.

the faceplate on the bottom of the pone is missing (piece broke off) clear tape is on the button it works. phone has been cleared (factory reset) unlocked for use with another phone service. it says t-mobile in the phone but it doesn't do anything.

i used ultra mobile with this phone and the service was good. i recommend a prepaid service. but it should work with any service. the serial number should be behind the battery but i don't think you'll need it to activate another phone since it's unlocked.

(unlocked simply means you can use any service with the phone). locked phones can be unlocked and can only use the previous service it was intended for. that does not apply for this phone though.

Comes with cushion rubber case and fitted hard case.No SIM, charging cable or SD card included!
