I have always wanted to go to Russia and the surrounding countries. Most Americans dream of Paris or Rome, some place in Europe. Not me!

According to the USPS online postage calculator, to mail this to Latvia is $10.03 US dollars.

The cost is so for international shipping because the package will be over 1/4 inch thick. If it weren't so fat, it would probably be cheaper.

I know! Rediculous. For a 5 ounce package. I just went to the post office today, and was quite surprised that international rates have gone up so much. The rate to Canada has increased by $1.50. Domestic rates went up too.
