this is a brand new in box with all the paperwork. still has screen protector on it I believe this is made by the company called smart watch thats whats on the box.

thank you for asking i never even thought to check it was a gift. but as soon as i put it on the charger the little battery lit up like a christmas tree so im sure it works just fine. i will post more pic in an hr or so. thanks for your interest

yes it works i hope its brand new never used but i guess it will be used now. i need a few min to put it on charger then i wil post pics this evening

ok it was dead or comes uncharged but i added the first pic its of it on and charging i will post more when it has enough charge to turn on
