Issue #77, serial # 0000 (seriously, "0000" of 19,998) BP & card are 98%. Some slights yellowing, but the pics are accurate.

Will ship USPS Priority Flat Rate to CONUS.

Gibbs says I could ship Parcel, but the buyer couldn't track it. If you're comfortable with a padded envelope shipped Parcel Post that's fine. Gibbs likes the security of tracking and it cover's our butts.
