This is a Vintage M & M Scuba Diver Radio. We put batteries in it and it made the static noise and then a radio station came in but we live way out in the country so could not get it to come in clear. You buy as is as it turns on with the 3 Batteries but I cannot guarantee how clear the station will come in. M & M Figures are still Highly Collectible so you will have fun either way. He measures approx. 10 inches tall. I also think that this is a Shower Radio as that is what the box said....on the front..but we could not find the box and may have thrown it away. He is supposed to stand in the shower with you I guess...We never did use it that way though. I ship to the USA. No International Shipping. If you have any questions, please ask before you purchase.
