The listing, Blue Enameled Purse Necklace has ended.

This necklace has a cute enameled blue purse charm. The charm has little blue rhinestones on it. The back is completely silver, but still has all the detailing. The charm is new, but has a little discoloration on the edges, possibly a problem when it was enameled.
It comes on a nice silvertone chain, measuring approx 16". The charm is about .75" x .75"
