The listing, SNAPDRAGON MOROCCAN TOADFLAX, 50 SEEDS has ended.
Toadflax is a very easy plant to grow and in some areas they are an endangered species. It is best to have seeds or clumps from your own plants. This type is a reseeding annual. To start inside, fill a seed flat with loose, soil. Sprinkle snapdragon seeds on top. Press the seeds down lightly and mist them with water from a spray bottle until they're moist. Snapdragon seeds need light to germinate, so do not allow them to become covered with soil. Keep the seed flat in a cool room, with temperatures around 55 degrees.
Choose an outdoor planting site with full sun and well-drained soil
Plant seedlings outside when they reach 1 to 2 inches in height and after the danger of frost is past. Space seedlings six to 12 inches apart.
Pinch back plants when they have four to six leaves. This encourages full, bushy growth.
Fertilize your flowers once a month.
Cut the plants down to a height of 6 inches after their first blooms have died. Add fertilizer to encourage another bloom.
Plant seeds in ground after all danger of frost has past. Instructions will be the same. Space your seeds 8-12" apart. We all get them closer, so thin to that width.
