I've put this on so many times, but end up changing. It just doesn't fit me well. The belt didn't come with it, but it works.

Would this fit a 12/14 petite easily or is it pretty form fitting?

Good question Esther, but honestly I don't think the top of it would work. It's stretchy in the back where the zipper is, but I don't think it would be enough to be comfy. If nothing else, the black trim above the breasts would probably be too tight.

Keborck, I haven't been an 8 (unfortunately) in quite a while, but I would think it will. If you're real small on top, it might be loose. However, come to think of it, it fits snugly on me, so it probably wouldn't be an issue. LOL, I guess I'm saying...I'm not sure :-)
