There is a hoop at the top of this beautiful brass heart for jewelry, for scrapbooking, as an accessory in sewing, crocheting or knitting or whatever art or craft project you're creating. This is filigree, however and has many more openings that could be used with jump rings, eye pins, head pins or any stringing material to make a beautiful jewelry piece. It is a really pretty, ornate piece.
