I had a Coach bag I listed a few months ago. I bought it from my son in law's neighbor when she had a garage sale to raise money for her daughter's tuition. I "authenticated" it by looking up the serial number which came up easily. It showed my exact tag and bag.. I then watched several you tube designer bag "experts". They tell you what to look for such as the zipper (most bags), what Coach bags always have (with exceptions lol) and the tip I found most helpful....the design pattern never breaks. Ever. Like well hung wallpaper. Stripes will match in a continuous line, Flowers will never be cut off, etc. There's something about the C touching or something. I don't remember.. I then listed where I received it and the details I looked for along with photos. No it's not officially "authenticated" without a receipt, but you can come as close as you can and ultimately it's up to your buyers. Just be as open as you can. Answer questions as best you can, don't guess and there's no such thing as too many pictures. Lol Thankfully my bidder was very happy with the bag. Good luck hon!

Actually you can't authenticate coach bags, I've been told that but you can tell by the letters facing the right way and helps to have documentation. Those coach inside tags can be replicated.

Looks like an authentic Coach to me. I love the Legacy stripe material on the inside..a fav of mine. I wish people would remember that they can send private messages...that way they don't run the risk of ruining somebody's auction with their opinions. Anyway, it's a cute little Coach clutch and it looks to be in nice condition from your pictures. You should do well. Thanks for offering it up for auction!

Beautiful clutch I got my purses authenticated by calling the coach store that was an hour away from me and telling them how and where I bought it and they were able to do it over the phone I don't know if all stores will do that, but I hope it helped :)

I ended up in the hospital unexpectantly while I was in the middle of moving. I had lived with my parent the Pryor 3 years so I had to start new service on everything ( power ,phone and yes internet) it has been quite a struggle the past year. I'm a single mom that has raised 5 kids myself. 3 of which are still school age and 1 that just graduated this past year. I guess you can see where my priorities were. I had the credits and they were all paid back to them all. I was real frustrated with listia at the end as well because of high credit auctions that I had won and received . tablet didn't work didn't get a few and so on. And on and on . I didn't have a good computer even to do listia until a few weeks ago I was given a tablet . so here I am. If you look at my track record before that you will see that it was very good with positive feedback. Hope I didn't bore you to death with this LONG explanation but I just want to be honest with detail just like I am when listing my auctions. I hope I made you feel better about bidding, if not then I'm sorry. Have a totally awesome day :)

Im sorry, i just got back to listia after taking a year break from it because of drama auctions and false feedback and so on.. these auctions are my first after taking that break. i just want to offer stuff that i think you all might like and in return i can get some of you fellow listians great stuff. i really enjoy doying this until drama starts. i was real confused because i always am honest when listing an auction. sometime good or bad coments can make people not want to bid and i was afraid that is what was going to happen in this auction. i not only protect my reputation but i also try to protect the people who are bidding on my auctions. im so sorry if i took it the wrong way and thank you for trying to help me. i also do this on a lil tablet most of the time and im still getting used to it and how to get to certain pages and do certain functions.

I understand and thank you for letting me know. You did not bore me. I know for me I have taken long breaks from listia and have been discouraged. I don't understand why people leave negative feedback automatically when an item isn't received without giving seller the opportunity to explain why it was not sent or not sent in a timely manner. Im so glad that you had asked. ty very much but i have had alot of help from my dad which i am so grateful for being 4 out of the 5 are boys. we have struggled many times through out the years but it is all worth it when i look at my kids and see how my 2 oldest have grown into men and how the younger 3 are transforming right before my eyes. i am very lucky. you have a wonderful week and good luck .
