Will these still work for a moderate flow or just spotting?

These are everyday liners, meaning they do not have a core in them, therefor the only absorbent layer is the topper (single layer) and leak resistant fleece backs.

It depends on each person differently but I would not say to use these for anything more than light flow/spotting or cup backup.
