I wouldnt think som but i wouldnt say 100% positve, it says size Small on the tag .... its made with an adjustable belt, to make it looser , around middle,and around the back or tighter .. it is too SMALL for the doggie modeling it above, I had to leave the belt -to the end open- on picture above on doggie so it would fit looser around his back ...god bless whatever you decide,and good luck in future auction~~!!
