This is a 1st generation iPod touch rubber case. Fits the 1st ones ONLY. Will not fit the newer ones with the camera. It's in good shape and has no rips or anything. It looks like a tire tread. the 4th generation is the one with the cameras isn't it? I m not sure what my old one was it nay of been a 3rd gen. I do a little research and get back to you. thanks

ok this case will fit 1st 2nd and 3rd gen. iPod touches. sorry for the in confusion. It will not fit the 4th ( the one with the cameras) thanks Stevo
