I believe it's a juniors size XL, so to be on the safe side I would say it's about a women's size 14 with a fair amount of stretch. It still fits me just fine and I typically am about a size 10 in dresses except for my bust which is a 36DD and when I have the dress on there's plenty of room for stretch but my chest does take up a fair amount of room, although it would still stretch larger.

Before I had slimmed down more and was about a size 14 dress size and wore this it was still very flattering with some opaque leggings. I am a bit over 5'7" so it's a bit too short for me to wear comfortably as a dress with no tights or leggings.

I'm sorry I can't be too much more specific -- I have learned (the hard way) that without being able to try on dresses when shopping online I have to go by the measurements, but luckily with this dress it does have lots of stretch without it looking distorted or unflattering.
