I know Listia made another lister remove the included K-cup coffee cups since food items are Against Listia Rules.. Food, beverages, medicine (prescription or non-prescription) .. so you may want to remove those so your auction doesn't get removed. .. (i'm not sure how the moderator missed this?)
but according to Listia Prohibited Items page:
Anything that can be ingested or comes in contact with the skin (by humans or pets/animals) and has the risk of causing harm if tainted or tampered with, including toothpaste etc. (is not allowed)

and as for woodsie41's comments.. @woodsie.. could you please provide a link/proof of this rumored Recall? I did a quick search for it and found nothing stating that was true.. ?

I'm not listing for auction anything that is edible. I'm auctioning the coffee maker, and included in the package is the K-Cups. I've auctioned multiple listings of this and never had a problem with Listia banning it. Because the package comes with K-Cups, I'm not going to take them out. The person that is buying them can trash them themselves.
