Def would say it's true to large!! And there is some stretch to it in back/shoulder / waist area.

I have updated with picture of where I measured. Is that where I should of measured? Lol sorry just want to be sure I answer ur ? Correctly. Also it is stretchy in back so could stretch to bigger if needed.
