14k gold plated wire name pin of DIANE. Hanging heart has january's birthstone, garnet, but is not real. This and most of the other items I have listed are from my grandmothers estate. So I have no idea how old this piece is. Check'em out for more gold (10k 12k & 14k) and sterling silver.
