will be adding a picture of the inside tomorrow. like i said the first time i rented killer elite the day it came out with this code, as well as scott pilgrim vs. the world and they were both only 3.99, so that left me with 1.00 credit still left over to use while renting the next movie i had to spend no money out of pocket.

I have been just collecting them, my Xmen First Class came with a code, I still have yet to find movies with the $5.00 codes in them

this code came from the real steel blu ray digital copy dvd combo pack bought at walmart, the first two i used one was from harry potter 7 npart1 dvd, the second one was from harry potter 6 dvd as well. some oare on the outside of the wrapper and are white , once you pull the wrapper off you should look on the backside and the code should be right there. the black ones i have used and bought have been on the outside of slipcovers and the wrapping, they just pull off and open up to see the code.
