This skirt is so cute you gotta take a look, its a size Large and is beautifully made. its elastic on the waste and features a zipper on the front of the skirt. It reccomends dry cleaning or handwashing only. its 50% polyester and 50% viscose. The designer is called Sharagano. if you have any questions please feel free to ask. it was my gf's actually, we went through her closet so I don't know how old it is, but she never wore it, but she used to be in the fashion industry so everyone of her clothes are all expensive and well made!

it says it was made in france. is their sizing system there the same as ours? it says large but is it a true large or a small cut large?

the waste laying flat is 28" inches. but its elastic so it will stretch it will to a 30 inch .
