VINTAGE HAND MADE CULTURAL POLISH LAJKONIK DOLL WIZARD ON HORSEBACK.

He's missing some kind of stick that you can see on the Internet pictures (18 and 19). It should be in his right hand (picture 10). He's in good shape otherwise.
His jacket is a glittery deep burgundy color with a silky gold color lining.
All of the sequins & decorations are in tact.
