The listing, 1960s Novelty Penguin Pin Hand painted on card lot 4 has ended.
Vintage 1" tall hand painted metal and plastic penguin pin. The card says "Fashion Jewlery". These are kid's novelty pins from a warehouse in Northeast Ohio. These are from the days when they didn't worry so much about kids sticking themselves with pins. They are from around the 1960s, still on their display cards, and in good condition. You can see paint wear on most.
