Yes the ring is adjustable, but to what size? how big, how small?

I'm not sure how to answer this. The back can be opened and closed pretty much to any size you want.

it would only be able to close so far. I have size 4 fingers, really small. If this only adjusts down to say a size 6, that won't work for me.
