I purchased this book at my local post office. However the post offices don't always carry them at all times, because they run out, and must get shipments sent in.
When you say in bulk, how many do you mean? Because perhaps I could do a larger stamp auction....
If not, you could always order them off the United States Postal Service online store.

Go to www.usps.com > Select 'Shop' from the top blue heading & Click on 'Buy Stamps' from the scrolldown option > On the top left-hand side, select 'Stamps' (second option down from the list) > Select 'Priority, Express, & Air Mail' (in the list on the left-hand side) > It will be the first stamp & just click on it.
