I'm not sure what they are made of.....maybe some kind of metal/stone?....they all have the number 3 on them....

What you have here are dress weights. They are generally lead and would've been used in victorian period dresses to weigh down the bottoms. Since the boney cages worn under the dresses fashionable of the period would allow drafts of air to otherwise lift the dresses, these weights were sown into the bottoms to help protect a lady's virtue.
