Savings Bond book presumably from the early 40s (1942?). 187- 10 cent stamps could be purchased ($18.70...I suspect the book cost a nickel) and held for 10 years with the bond paying $25. There is $3.20 in stamps in this book. It has also been signed by Edmund Pick of 3501 Seven Mile Lane, Baltimore, Maryland.
