I'm quite sure that it has probably been flagged many times now for "Not Enough Information" because the title & format are not included in the description. Since DMR members are only allowed to redeem one code per title, per format these things are important to include in descriptions in order to let potential bidders know whether or not they will be able to use the code, (in cases where that information is not known then it should probably be listed as a random or mystery code so bidders can decide for themselves if they want to take the risk. However, usually bids will not go as high as those that are "known" codes).
Just adding the information in the comments does not actually update the listing itself and as I mentioned many, if not most members do not bother to read through the comments. If details are not in the description you can pretty much count on it being flagged repeatedly.
Since many members don't bother to read through all of the comments you may want to consider updating the actual description with the title & format (it should stop it from being flagged repeatedly as well)
