Learned I need to establish etiquette in my posts outlining my expectations. When you receive an item please notify me and leave feedback: it's just polite. If you are unhappy with anything, communicate with me. If you have the patience of a sand flea, unrealistic perception of the world, and always see the glass half empty-I would rather you not bid at all. Truly. If you do not send me a verified address after 7 days I keep your credits and relist the item-if I choose to. I accept reasonable GIN offers prior to bids placed. If you fan me I fan back. I like to work with ethical people of integrity, I'm not going to include an explination. If you don't know, don't bid. I'm not on social media-that's why my Listia identity is not complete. Listia's own account on here is missing one social media account (that's when I knew this app was for me). Appreciate you being here and bidding, I have enjoyed this app and look forward to contribute and watching it grow!
Questions & Comments
In 1968 the English had a plan to go off the British coinage and to create a Decimal variation to improve the ease of conversion. When they went decimal, they needed a way to identify the old Pence from the new decimal coinage so they called their units NEW PENNY from 1970 - 1980. The Shilling was to be the same size and amount as the 5 New Pence and the two Shilling coin was to be the same as the 10 New Pence. The New Penny and the New 1/2 Pence could not take a direct relation to anything so the coin size was changed but it was still made of the copper/bronze as the older larger Pence. The whole decimalization makes an interesting story in the annals of Coins around the world.
