How thick and tall is it? I'm wondering if it could also work as a basic lower-back support for my chair. I don't care that much about the massage feature....just looking for something to use as additional lumbar support for my work chair. Thanks.

I measured it about 16'' tall and 15 1/2 w. and the lumbar support pillow is about 2.5'' thick. Hope this helps, it would work great for a additional support for a work chair :)
