Brand new with tags black chiffon thin strap dress with a caged front design. A size 3x from the brand Charlotte Russe. I paid full price and tax and I'm going to ship it to you for free so I think my starting bid is more than reasonable. I always see lots of crappy dollar store makeup for this starting bid and this is new so I think it's a great deal! Wear it with leggings or a cardigan for winter and on it's own for summer.
