Pattern reminds me of African (Africa) Style patterns.

Top is a size 14/16

Skirt is a size 18

Open top with shoulder pads. Measures about 25 in pit to pit laid flat ~ 34 in top shoulder to the bottom hem. Has some wash and general wear still in good used condition.

Skirt measures about 18 in across the waist (not stretched) ~ 24.5 in long. Zipper works good. Skirt has a loop on the top hem not sure if there was a tie or something that use to be there but it is as is now (see pictures). Used condition with some wash, general wear and light fade.
