I have here a pair of 8 gauge horseshoe surgical steel body jewelry/earrings. I have had these for over 10 years, they have been sanitized. One of them is missing a ball, I lost it on the greyhound bus going from Cali to Oregon 7 years ago, so theres no way I can find it, but I'm sure you can buy a replacement at any body jewelry store.
