what does a spritzer do?

You can put in lemon juice to spray on fish or salad or you can use it to spray salad dressing (as long as it doesn't clog the sprayer). You could use it for oil to spray the bottom of your pans. Or you could just fill it with water to water your plants. I believe it is normally used as an alternative to aerosol cans- it's friendlier to the environment. :-) Hope that helps! Have a great day!
