This is like new only tried it once and then I put it back n the box and then I plugged it n to show u it works. The box isn't n the greatest shape but like I said it is like new. This is a med ready automated medication dispenser it has a timed alarm system that provides ur next dosage automatically , it stores ur medication under lock and key and holds up to 7 days of 4 times a day dosing . I took pics of the instructions on the back so u have an idea of how it works .
