My husband's best friend was a Mason and he ended up getting cancer. My husband joined to make his friend happy but after he passed away from cancer he withdrew his membership. I tore out the two pages that were signed by the other Mason members and had a personal message written on it. Other than that the book is in pristine condition. The one page has some marks from the pens and markers that bled through the page.
