what is the metal made of? when you say hospice item. what does that mean?

It looks like steel to me. Ok Hospice.
Hospice is a group of Drs. and Nurses who set up free end of life support. People are treated with the best of care during their last days. Many time the familys donate personal belonging to Hospice to auction off, which is then put back into the support group. In Florida we have a couple of hundred, and they are wonderful people. I support them whenever I can.
