Here up for bids is the following trading card;
I picked this up somewhere a few years ago and can't remember where. This is from my personal collection. Just because my birthday is coming up I decided to bless Listia fans with this.

Hatsuhiko Tsuji (Japanese: 辻 発彦Hepburn: Tsuji Hatsuhiko , born October 24, 1958 in Saga, Japan) was a professional baseball player for the Seibu Lions in Nippon Professional Baseball. During his career, he was well known as a skillful second baseman. NPB debut April 3, 1984, for the Seibu Lions Last appearance October 14, 1999, for the Yakult Swallows

Slabbed and Graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authentication)(There is no grading but it looks to be near mint to mint in my opinion)

Look at the rear of the card and you will find that it is written in Japanese, only the front is in English.
This will be mailed in a bubble mailer with tracking for protection.

What does (sample) mean?

From what I understand, Sample cards are the same as 'promo' cards. They are made for "display only" for dealers to promote upcoming series of cards. They are not easily available to the public. Sometimes a company may make what's called a "Sample", "Pre-Production", "Preview" or "Promo" card and may change the look or even picture of the card all together (or keep it the same) when the same card is made for the regular issue cards. So that makes 'Sample' cards rare because they are distributed to dealers only.
