This is a stretchy black sleeveless top with a short turtleneck and a slit in the back! So unique! It also has flowing material where the sleeves would be. I tried to show this in the pictures. You can see the slit in picture 6.

Size XS, but I wear a M and it almost fit me... just a tad bit tight and I like to wear my shirts looser. So I would guess a size XS-S could wear this comfortably or even a M if you like a tighter fit.
