UFO (unfinished) Cathedral Windows Pillow top. Handstitched by me. Carribbean Blues & Natural Cotton Muslin fabrics. Top is ready to make into a pillow, wallhanging or centerpiece. Has been machine washed & dried once to pucker it up.

Measures 13.75 inches x 13.75 inches, unfinished.

Smoke-free, cat & dog friendly home, with minimal exposure to my animals.

Thank you! Yes, they are alot of work. This one even more because it was a very large quilt I made to sell & that hasn't happened (in this economy) so I took it apart into sections - one lap quilt size, several tablerunners, several wallhangings and 9 pillow tops. A form of reverse engineering...but not quite. ;-)

In this current market people do buy smaller pieces, and I don't like large quilts just sitting around. So yes. I did what I had to do for me.

I love this pattern too. Many years ago a lady showed me how to make these and I have forgotten now.I would like to make a quilt or something do you have a pattern on how to do this? I will bid on the pillow top but need to make a quilt of different colors.

Thanks! No, I don't have a pattern. At one time I was going to make a blog page with instructions and photos but that still remains on my to-do list. There are some really good free instructions/tutorials online, though. Just google "making Cathedral Windows" and you'll get enough hits for you to find one that you like, I'm sure!
